Wargrave Patio

Transform an unused swimming pool and the surrounding garden into a generous outdoor space for dining and relaxing. The proposal will include filling in and covering the existing pool to increase the usable area, with new paving directly outside the home providing space for a dining table and chairs.

A raised seating area will be introduced to maximise exposure to sunlight, while retaining the existing palm trees as established features within the garden. A raised flower bed along the garden boundary will provide space for planting, bringing colour and greenery to the patio.
